Pran Neer's zero-tolerance position on child sexual abuse and exploitation, and how to report it.
Effective date: October 24, 2026
This summary helps you scan. The full text below is what applies.
Pran Neer has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Content, behaviour or accounts that sexualise, exploit, endanger or help abuse a child are banned without exception, and we remove them and act against the people responsible.
These standards apply everywhere on Pran Neer: profiles, pet pages, posts, comments, messages and attachments, adoption and sale listings, foster bookings, rescue alerts, lost & found reports, fundraising campaigns, usernames and images. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
None of this is allowed as fiction, joke, art or commentary, and nothing becomes allowed because it happened in a private message.
Pran Neer is for people aged 15 and over. We ask for a date of birth at sign-up, for email sign-up and Google sign-up alike, and we do not create the account if the person is below that age. Accounts found to belong to someone below the minimum age are removed. Young users should use Pran Neer with the permission of a parent or guardian.
Pran Neer connects people who may not know each other for real-world contact: adoption and sale handovers, foster drop-offs, rescue call-outs, and returning lost pets. We treat these moments, and the private messages around them, with extra care.
Anyone can report, with or without an account.
Do not download, copy, forward or re-share suspected abuse material in order to report it. Tell us where you saw it (a link, a username, a listing title) and nothing more.
Child-safety reports are handled before all other reports.
We do not publish how we detect abuse, because that helps the people we are trying to stop. The identity of a reporter is not shared with the person reported.
Verified vets, clinic owners, rescuers, foster owners, sellers and shops must report any child-safety concern they see instead of handling it privately, must not use their position to reach, isolate or meet a young person alone, and must not set rules that allow what these standards forbid. Knowing about it and not reporting it is itself a violation.
For child-safety matters from users, parents, organisations, platforms or law enforcement, use Contact Us with the subject "Child safety". For anything that is not child safety, use the normal Contact Us page too.
We review these standards at least once a year and whenever the Service changes in a way that affects child safety. The current version is always published here with its effective date.
